Thursday, November 19th, 2015 Jan Zandbergen World-Wide Quality in Meat received for the second consecutive year the Golden FD Gazelle Award in 2015.
Each year the Financieel Dagblad (Dutch Financial Times) organizes the FD Gazellen Awards. It highlights the fastest growing companies in the Netherlands, arranged by region and company size. Within the province of Utrecht, in the large companies category Jan Zandbergen WWQM ended in first place for the second time in a row. This has been announced by Het Financieel Dagblad on Thursday, November 19th, 2015 during a festive gathering.
The main criterion for eligibility for a FD Gazelle is achieving 20% sales growth in a three year time frame. The companies’ net results must be positive with a financially sound base. This review by the Financieel Dagblad is in collaboration with Graydon and ABN AMRO.
Jochem Versloot, co-owner of Jan Zandbergen WWQM is proud of this achievement. “The earlier award already was a confirmation of the strategy we have embarked on five years ago where we explicitly focused on our customers. The past two years we have known major projects to increase the added value, build greater brand awareness and offer an even better service. We see this positively effects serving our customers. Of course, all of these projects and progress could not have taken place without the dedication of our employees. Our growth and this Golden Gazelle as a result is a great compliment to them.
