- Based on current trends and client needs, our experts from a variety of backgrounds work in-house on the development of new and exciting products and concepts. This allows us to effectively cater to our clients’ needs and add considerable value.
- We work together with other parties in various research projects and knowledge centres. We are located in the heart of the Dutch Food Valley and can tap into a strong network of partners for collaboration and innovation.
- We have an extensive network of suppliers, whom we rely on for sourcing everything from ingredients to specialised packaging.
- We make products for a wide variety of target groups – and enjoy a large international network of clients as a result. We work together with these clients in partner programmes that are geared to developing the perfect solution for their specific needs.
- We operate our own production locations and R&D department – enabling us to also put innovations on the market under our own brands.

THE MEATLOVERS
The Meatlovers’ product range puts restaurant-quality meat in everyone’s reach. To ensure that we can offer the highest quality meat, we consciously limit ourselves to certain breeds and feeding programmes. The meat is immediately portioned, packed and deep-frozen at our location to pause ageing at the optimum moment. This also decreases spoilage, allowing commercial clients to build up a good stockpile. We have a broad selection of products, in which we tailor our offer depending on seasons. A perfect product range for true meat "lovers".
CHEVIDE
Staff shortages in catering kitchens and long preparation times do not go hand in hand. Meanwhile, consumers increasingly value a quality culinary experience over quantity. In order to be able to put high-quality slow-cooked dishes such as stew, pork belly and pulled pork on the menu with ease and without wasting much time, Jan Zandbergen Group has developed 'Chevide' for the catering industry. A line of pre-cooked meat products with which chefs can easily offer their guests slow-cooked, tasty meat dishes of constant quality.
