From 7 to 11 October, the Anuga took place in Cologne. This is the food fair of the year for many organizations in the EU food market. It was busy at Jan Zandbergen’s stand, with many enthusiastic visitors and good, interesting conversations.
OFFERING ADDED VALUE
We were pleased to welcome the visitors to our stand and to talk face-to-face. Besides discussing our products, we were also able to show the other side of our company; the added value we can offer with various services and concepts. For example, our brands The Meatlovers and Roosterz & Co were in the spotlight. The Roosterz & Co chicken bites, already available in Dutch retail, could be tasted. Visitors’ reactions were very positive.

Extra special was the presence of Jonathan Zandbergen for 2 days on our stand. The Michelin star chef prepared delicious dishes with meat from our retail brand The Meatlovers. The quality, taste and texture of our products could be experienced. Or as one of the fortunate guests said enthusiastically, “You always say that it is very tasty and tender meat, but only now by being able to taste it, I know what you mean.”
All in all, we look back on not just a successful but because of the contacts also a pleasant fair. Thank you to all our visitors. We will be happy to see you (again) next time.
