Jan Zandbergen’s team looks back at Internorga 2019 with great satisfaction. It was the first time we participated at this well known trade fair in Hamburg, where we proudly introduced the Moving Mountains and Roosterz & Co concepts.
The Moving Mountains® Burger is a 100% plant-based burger that looks, sizzles, smells, bleeds and tastes like actual meat. It is suitable for meat lovers, flexitarians, vegetarians and vegans. Visitors to the Internorga were given the opportunity to taste this product. The reactions were very enthusiastic. People were genuinely surprised at how well the appearance, texture and taste of the Moving Mountains burger compares to a beef burger.
Roosterz & Co’s chicken products were also prepared in the stand for visitors to try. The quality and taste were positively named. The convenience aspect of these products also scored well.
Laurens Zandbergen: “Normally we mainly speak to the food service. The Internorga was not only a nice stage for us to show our concepts, but it also gave us the opportunity to get in touch with the hospitality entrepreneurs themselves. This resulted in interesting conversations and when you also hear many positive sounds about the products, it gives us an extra boost to make our products even better available for the German hospitality industry”.
